SkyRise Miami is a 1,000 foot high Vertical Entertainment Center located at the epicenter of Downtown Miami incorporating observation galleries, extreme activities, banqueting and VIP services, music venues and a mix of family and adrenaline attractions at breathtaking heights and with spectacular vistas. It is an urban destination incorporating architectural beauty, technology and fun all within a minimal footprint which itself becomes the iconic skyscraper symbol of 21st century Miami.
The New York Wheel
Towering 625 feet from its perch on the shores of New York Harbor, the New York Wheel will be the biggest observation wheel in the world. It will stand taller than the London Eye, which played a starring role in the last Olympic Games – defining a London that has embraced the future and welcomes the world.
The Wheel will stand more than 60 stories high. Its 36 capsules, each carrying 40 passengers, will offer unparalleled views of New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, 1 WTC and Lower Manhattan during the wheel’s 38-minute rotation.

Union Station DC is a superbly restored, historic, mixed-use, intermodal transportation and shopping center located just blocks from the U.S. capitol Building. Union Station DC is one of the most iconic destinations in Washington, D.C. Union Station DC is equipped with 3 levels of shopping and dining, a 4-level parking garage, one of the most breathtaking historical spaces in the country.
The transportation hub and retail destination is visited by over 40 million people each year. The terminal is served by METRO, Amtrak, MARC and VRE commuter railroads, and is the main bus terminal of Washington DC as well as a drop off and pick up center for many D.C. tour bus operators. Union Station DC has been serving as the gateway to the nation’s capital for over a century and has every intention of continuing to do so.
A newly restored and activated Federal Hall will open as a unique forum for public expression and exploration of the ideals, contradictions and flaws of democracy. Nowhere else can the story of our republic be told so vividly and faithfully and no where else will so many witness that story.
Federal Hall is one of just 30 Congressionally-designated national memorials in the United States, including the Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials in Washington. It will be an ever-evolving arena for civic – and civil – public discourse. The new Federal Hall will be the crucible where Debate Defends Democracy through the creative arts, humanities and original, commissioned cultural experiences. It will be a place where diverse perspectives and multi-disciplinary talents will be invited to interpret the ideas, ideals, flaws and contradictions of American democracy that resonate powerfully in our lives today and pose fundamental challenges to our future.
A 50,000-square-foot display that is a miniature replica of scenes from different parts of the world, including Manhattan and India’s Taj Mahal, complete with moving cars and trains. It’s the first interactive miniature model world in New York City.
Located in the heart of New York, Gulliver’s Gate is the most technologically advanced destination in Times Square. It includes projection mapping, augmented reality, virtual reality, physical and digital interactions and hundreds of programmable cars, trains, boats, and planes.
The new Chicago wheel, overlooking the city skyline and Lake Michigan, will be visible for miles and become the centerpiece of Navy Pier, Chicago’s largest and most visited attraction, with more than 9 million visitors annually.
The highly accredited and experienced designer, James Corner, will bring to life the redesign of Navy Pier’s outdoor spaces. The international design firm, Gensler, will recreate the indoor spaces.
